By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms. True Assist FZCO is a UAEregistered entity operating under IFZA regulations.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and accept full responsibility for your actions on the Platform.

You also commit to complying with all applicable UAE laws, including digital services and data protection regulations.

2. Description of Services

True Assist provides users with access to a digital platform that facilitates the selection, coordination, and completion of various services. The Platform functions as an intermediary that enables users to submit service requests and allows authorized managers to review, verify, and manage those requests.

The general workflow of the service includes the following steps: Users select the desired service and specify preferred details such as date, time, and additional comments. Once a request is submitted, it is transmitted to an available manager within the Platform. The manager then verifies the request by contacting the user to confirm the information, clarify details, and, where applicable, provide information regarding price and scheduling. Based on this interaction, the manager updates the status of the request within the Platform, including any confirmed or revised details. After confirmation, the service is performed according to the agreed-upon terms, and upon completion, the manager finalizes the order within the Platform.

This workflow represents a general overview and may vary depending on the service type, user location, availability of managers, or operational requirements. True Assist operates as a digital ecosystem that provides AIenhanced tools, workflow automation, and integrations with selected thirdparty solutions.

The Platform enables users to generate content, analyze information, manage business processes, and interact with various service providers. The nature and scope of available services may evolve over time as we improve or expand functionality.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately so we can take corrective actions. Account sharing or unauthorized use of another user’s credentials is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

Your use of the Platform must remain lawful and respectful of the Platform’s integrity. You must avoid any activity that compromises system security, violates intellectual property rights, misuses automated tools, or involves false, harmful, or misleading information. You also agree not to interfere with the functionality of the Platform, circumvent technical controls, or misuse AI features for unlawful or harmful purposes.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All materials available through the Platform—including software components, algorithms, branding, interface elements, and documentation—are the property of True Assist or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Platform strictly as intended. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform materials is not permitted.

You may upload or generate content using the Platform. By doing so, you grant us permission to process and store this content solely for service delivery. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you are responsible for ensuring that it does not violate any laws or thirdparty rights.

6. Third Party Services

Some Platform features rely on thirdparty tools, integrations, or external service providers. These external systems operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

While we aim to partner only with reputable providers, we cannot guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or availability of thirdparty services.

Your interactions with such services are at your discretion and subject to their respective agreements.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment partners to process recurring charges. Subscription fees may change, but you will be informed before new rates take effect.

Payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and valid.

True Assist processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal DecreeLaw No. 45 of 2021 (UAE Data Protection Law) and its Executive Regulations. We follow principles of fairness, transparency, security, and purpose limitation.

9. AI Generated Outputs

The Platform provides AIassisted responses that may include text, recommendations, or automated assessments. These outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors or omissions. They should not be treated as professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of AIgenerated information. True Assist is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on such outputs.

10. Prohibited Conduct and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your actions threaten Platform integrity or violate applicable laws. Prohibited behaviors include fraudulent activities, unauthorized access attempts, misuse of user data, and actions that disrupt Platform operations.

Where necessary, we may cooperate with regulatory authorities or initiate legal proceedings.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for specific purposes. We make no guarantee that the Platform will always operate without interruption, delays, or errors.

To the extent allowed by UAE law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including noninfringement and merchantability.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Platform access during the six months preceding any incident giving rise to a claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, interruption of business, or reliance on AIgenerated outputs. These limitations apply unless prohibited by applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to protect True Assist and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights while using the Platform. This includes covering reasonable legal fees associated with such claims.

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or Platform functionality. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform, and continued use will be considered acceptance of the revised version.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, including those applicable within Dubai Free Zones and IFZA. Any disputes should first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the parties may pursue mediation or submit the matter to the courts of Dubai, unless both sides agree to arbitration.
